1. An interest free payment plan is applicable to new gown/accessory orders. Sale gown payment plans are authorised on a discretionary basis only
2. The date of the wedding must be a minimum of 6 months away from the start date of the payment plan.
3. A 50% deposit must be paid to enable us to order the gown/accessories. This must be paid no later than the last order date for the gown/accessories to enable us to receive the gown on time and to undertake any fittings.
4. All gowns have different lead times but on average a gown takes 6 months from order to allow for delivery and fitting.
5. Fittings are not included in the cost of the gown and are not included in the payment plan and are payable directly to the seamstress.
6. All payments made on the plan are non refundable.
7. An individual schedule of payments will be provided and each payment must be made on or before the payment date.
8. A payment plan must be paid in full a minimum of one month before the wedding date to allow for fittings.
9. If you are late in paying this may jeopardise the delivery time for the gown so it is imperative that you contact us to discuss any payment difficulties.
10. Payments can be made by cash, card or standing order into our bank account.
11. By signing the plan you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the payment plan.
